Project Phases: Discover, Describe, Design, Develop and Release.
I participated in all the phases contributing in each one of them, specially in the phases in which the visual design became more important.
On the Discover Phase we did an in-depth research interviewing stakeholders and users (from retail and private banking) and a 2-day workshop in Andorra.
During the Describe Phase we worked on an Experience map (a Blueprint), the Service Model Architecture, the Design Drivers, a Content Framework and on the Art Direction and Visual Exploration.
On the Design Phase, while the Interaction Design team were working on wireframes and Design Specifications, I focused on the Visual Design of the final screens.
The Develop Phase was undertaken by an external company.
Morabanc released the mobile app in 2015 having something comparable with the platform of any other market competitor. The use of mobile applications grew approximately by 80%, and today the Morabanc app is a reference in Andorra.
